Qualifications

• Professional Engineer license in Pennsylvania is required.
• Experience managing both commercial and residential land development projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead site civil projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with standards and client expectations.
• Design and analyze using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships delivering exceptional results.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to contribute to firm growth.
• Oversee project financials including billing and invoicing for accuracy.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative, growth‑minded environment.
• Ensure rigorous quality control to uphold high standards.
• Collaborate with mentors to enhance business development, proposals, and invoicing skills.
