• Lead with Impact: Drive site civil projects from start to finish, ensuring each phase aligns with our high standards and client expectations.
• Design with Precision: Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision for cutting‑edge project design and analysis.
• Cultivate Relationships: Build and nurture strong client relationships, delivering exceptional results that exceed their expectations.
• Expand Horizons: Identify and seize new business opportunities to contribute to our firm's growth and success.
• Manage Financials: Oversee project financials, including billing and invoicing, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Mentor and Inspire: Guide and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative and growth‑oriented work environment.
• Ensure Quality: Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold our commitment to high standards.
• Grow Professionally: Work closely with a mentor to enhance your business development skills, proposal writing, and invoicing expertise.

What You Bring

• Licensure: A Professional Engineer license in Pennsylvania.

Pay Range: $95,000 – $130,000 USD
