Atwell, LLC is seeking an Associate Project Manager for land development in Newark, Delaware. You will lead site civil projects, design with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision, and manage client relationships while driving growth and ensuring project quality.

The role requires a Delaware PE license, proven experience with commercial and residential land development, and strong leadership and communication skills to mentor junior staff and deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer license in Delaware (DE).
• Experience managing land development (commercial/residential).
• Strong client management & interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead site civil projects from start to finish, aligning with standards and client expectations.
• Design using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision.
• Build and maintain client relationships and deliver exceptional results.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for firm growth.
• Oversee project financials including billing and invoicing for accuracy.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative environment.
• Implement quality control to uphold high standards.
• Develop business development skills, proposals, and invoicing expertise with a mentor.
