Job summary

EPS Group Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join the Land Development team in Mesa, AZ. You will work with Senior Project Managers on high-profile commercial land development projects from concept to construction, covering site layout, grading, utilities, and municipal permitting.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil PE license with 4–6 years of progressive design experience, strong communication, and a desire to lead and manage client relationships and project teams.

Qualifications

• Active Civil PE license with 4–6 years of civil design experience.
• Proven background in commercial site design, grading, and utilities.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist PM in managing project activities, documents, client management, and financials.
• Prepare proposals, work orders, and subconsultant agreements.
• Attend client meetings and align design with client goals.
• Oversee invoicing tasks and change orders with PM coordination.
• Coordinate resource management and conduct weekly status meetings.
