Job summary

The Signorelli Company in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a Land Development Associate to support the Land Development Manager on multiple single-family residential projects and master-planned communities. You will help deliver lots on schedule and within budget, while providing analytical support and maintaining data integrity.

Responsibilities include financial modeling, due diligence, preparing reports, processing invoices, budgeting, and coordinating development tasks to support the Division.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills required for financial modeling, budgeting, and pro formas.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to coordinate with teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide office and field support to Land Development Manager on single-family and master-planned projects.
• Develop financial models, budgets, cash flows and perform due diligence analyses.
• Assist with invoicing, budgeting, and documentation for bond sales and MUD reimbursements.
