Job summary

You will help deliver lots on schedule and within budget, and provide analytical and due diligence support to ensure accuracy of financial and market data used to make critical decisions.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.

• Financial forecast and advanced pro forma modeling for multiple projects.
• Conduct financial, economic, demographic, and market research.
• Support due diligence, budgeting, cash flows, and documentation.
• Coordinate invoice processing and collaboration with the Land Development team.
