Job summary

Lumen Resources is seeking an experienced development coordinator to support land development projects, coordinate with engineering firms, planners, surveyors, and environmental consultants to facilitate design and development activities.

The role involves field visits to verify milestones, reviewing feasibility and permitting constraints, attending architecture board meetings, and managing RFPs to help select consultants and contractors. Join a dynamic team delivering projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of the residential development process, including site planning, permitting, utilities, and construction coordination.
• Experience 4 - 6 years of supporting land development projects
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, engineering plans, grading plans, and other technical construction documents.
• Experience interacting with municipalities, permitting authorities, homeowner associations (HOAs), or Community Development Districts (CDDs)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineering firms, planners, surveyors, environmental consultants, and other third-party professionals to facilitate design and development activities.
• Participate in field visits and routine progress meetings to verify construction milestones, identify potential issues, and support timely project delivery.
• Assist with evaluating prospective development sites by reviewing feasibility, infrastructure requirements, permitting constraints, and project viability. Attend architecture board meetings.
• Manage and organize Requests for Proposal (RFPs), analyze consultant and contractor submissions, and provide recommendations during the selection process
• Review architectural, civil engineering, and infrastructure plans to ensure project objectives, design intent, and development standards are achieved.
