Job summary

Lumen Resources is seeking an experienced development coordinator to support land development projects, coordinate with engineering firms, planners, surveyors, and environmental consultants to facilitate design and development activities.

The role involves field visits to verify milestones, reviewing feasibility and permitting constraints, attending architecture board meetings, and managing RFPs to help select consultants and contractors. Join a dynamic team delivering projects on schedule.

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of the residential development process, including site planning, permitting, utilities, and construction coordination.
  • Experience 4 - 6 years of supporting land development projects
  • Ability to interpret architectural drawings, engineering plans, grading plans, and other technical construction documents.
  • Experience interacting with municipalities, permitting authorities, homeowner associations (HOAs), or Community Development Districts (CDDs)

What You\'ll Do
