Job summary

gpac is hiring a licensed Professional Engineer to lead land development projects in Greenville, South Carolina. You will oversee site development from due diligence through construction, coordinate with clients, and drive design quality.

The role requires a BS in Civil Engineering, SC PE or eligibility by comity, and at least 6 years of land development experience. Proficiency with Civil 3D and strong project management and client communication are essential.

• PE license in South Carolina or eligibility by comity.
• 6+ years of land development experience.
• Strong client communication and project management skills.
• Working knowledge of Civil 3D.
