Job summary

Qualifications

• Active PE license required (any state, NC reciprocity preferred).
• Experience leading land development projects from design through permitting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, including corridor and 3D modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design and prepare site construction drawings using Civil 3D (site layout, subdivisions, roadways, grading, drainage, utilities).
• Review and ensure accuracy of work by unlicensed engineers/technicians.
• Monitor projects, track submittals with local agencies, address review comments.
• Manage contract administration: proposals, scope revisions, change orders, billing.
• Mentor and train less experienced staff.
