Job summary

gpac LLC. is seeking a licensed Professional Engineer to lead land development projects in Sacramento, CA. This senior role emphasizes leadership, client management, and delivering projects from due diligence through construction.

You will mentor EITs and design teams, manage budgets and schedules, and help win new work. CA licensure is required or eligible by comity; Civil 3D proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering and a PE license in California, or eligibility by comity.
• 6+ years of land development experience.
• Working knowledge of Civil 3D.
• Strong client communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage site development projects from due diligence through construction.
• Oversee grading, drainage, utility, and stormwater design.
• Lead permitting with local and state agencies.
• Mentor EITs and designers, and review their plans for quality.
• Manage budgets and schedules, and help win new work.
