Job summary

gpac LLC. is assisting a growing civil engineering firm in Sacramento to hire a Land Development EIT to join its site design team.

You will work on commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects from concept through permitting under licensed PEs who mentor you toward your PE. Responsibilities include preparing site layouts, grading, drainage, utility and erosion control plans in Civil 3D; performing stormwater calculations and drainage reports; assembling permit packages for city, county, and

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering and EIT certification.
• 2–5 years of land development or site design experience.
• Strong skills in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Plan to sit for the PE exam.

Responsibilities

• Prepare site layouts, grading, drainage, utility, and erosion control plans in Civil 3D.
• Run stormwater calculations and help write drainage reports.
• Put together permit packages for city, county, and state review.
• Support PMs with client coordination and site visits.
