Job summary

InSite Engineering, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator in Wall Township, NJ. You’ll work with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams to keep land development projects organized, on track, and moving forward, with training provided based on background.

Ideal candidates are highly organized with strong attention to detail and a desire to grow in project management and professional services. Paralegal or legal admin experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Paralegal or legal administrative experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in construction, real estate, engineering, planning, or project-based professional services is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers throughout all phases of land development projects.
• Track project schedules, deliverables, submissions, approvals, and action items.
• Coordinate information and communication between Project Managers, clients, consultants, contractors, attorneys, architects, and agencies.
• Assist with coordinating project meetings, agendas, schedules, and follow-up items.
• Maintain organized project documentation, correspondence, applications, and records.
• Monitor deadlines and proactively communicate deliverables and outstanding items.
• Assist with day-to-day project logistics and administrative needs.
