Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience managing land development projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Licensed P.E. in California required.
• Extensive client contacts with architects, developers, land use attorneys, planners or landowners.
• Strong technical skills with AutoCAD Civil3D.
• Business development and budgeting experience.
