Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience managing land development projects.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in California.
• Extensive client contacts with local architects, developers, planners or land owners.
• Strong AutoCAD Civil3D technical skills.
• Experience in business development, proposals, scopes of work and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Land Development team and manage client relationships.
• Provide vision, business planning and strategy; establish goals.
• Grow and lead the land development practice; mentor staff.
