Job summary

Thomas Young Group in Jacksonville is seeking a senior leader to direct the Land Development team and drive growth in the Southeast. You will manage projects from inception to completion, keeping them on budget and schedule, while building strong relationships with clients, municipalities, and agencies.

You will collaborate with firm leadership to expand the Southeast market, recruit and mentor the regional team, and represent the firm at business development events and client meetings.

What you'll be doing

Lead and provide vision for the Land Development team in Jacksonville

Manage projects from start to finish, keeping them on budget and schedule

Build and maintain relationships with clients, municipalities, and agencies

Work with firm leadership to grow the Southeast market

Recruit, mentor, and develop the regional team

Represent the firm at business development events and client meetings

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

10+ years of land development experience in Northeast Florida

Active PE license

Proven experience leading residential, commercial, office, and industrial projects

Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering best practices

Established local relationships with developers, architects, and regulatory agencies

Solid leadership, business development, and project management skills
