Job summary

Arbor Homes is seeking a Land Development Manager to lead residential development projects from design to delivery. The role requires coordinating consulting engineers, utilities, municipalities, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure on‑time, on‑budget project delivery.

Ideal candidates have a civil engineering, construction management, or real estate background with 3–5 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Real Estate.
• 3–5 years of experience in a relevant position.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential land development projects from design through delivery with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules and milestones to meet deadlines and stay within budget.
• Review civil engineering plans and other technical documents for compliance with project requirements and regulations.
• Solicit bids for all scopes of work and evaluate contractor proposals.
• Build relationships with utility providers and municipalities to complete required work and inspections.
