Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day project activities to meet schedule, quality, and budget.
• Communicate project needs to management, field team, and subcontractors.
• Monitor safety and enforce company standards on site.
• Prepare for and participate in all subcontractor meetings.
• Review civil plans and project specs to deliver finished lots for construction.
• Coordinate with local officials during inspections and sign-offs.
