Job summary

You will coordinate with management, field crews, and subcontractors, review civil plans and schedules, ensure safety, and travel daily to multiple job sites to uphold company standards and enable smooth transitions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil engineering or construction management preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email applications.
• Strong work ethic, ability to multi-task, and work independently as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day project activities to meet schedule, quality, and budget objectives.
• Communicate project needs to management, field team, and subcontractors in a timely manner.
• Monitor safety and enforce company standards with onsite personnel.
• Participate in onsite subcontractor meetings and project inspections.
• Review civil improvement plans, geotechnical evaluations, and project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and company policy.
• Coordinate with counties, inspectors, contractors, surveyors, and consultants daily.
• Maintain neat, organized job site and manage punch lists for smooth handover.
