Job summary

Meritage Homes is seeking an energetic Land Development Intern for the Summer 2027 program in Jupiter, FL. You will explore all aspects of new community development, from pre-acquisition to turnover of lots, and gain exposure to plan procurement, site construction, contract negotiations, and environmental restrictions.

The internship runs full-time in-person, with potential travel to South Florida land sites.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a degree program from a regionally accredited university or college.
• Opportunity to learn homebuilding industry and Meritage business model.
• Ability to translate classroom experience into practical internship projects.
• Cross-functional collaboration with business leaders and interns.
