Qualifications

• Active enrollment in a degree program at a regionally accredited university.
• Willingness to participate in a full-time, in-person summer internship in Dallas–Fort Worth.

Responsibilities

• Learn the land acquisition process: searching for land, identifying land, underwriting, and closing.
• Conduct market research, financial analysis, buyer segmentation, and product pairing.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects with interns and leaders.
• Present real-world business recommendations to senior leadership.
• Write a paper focusing on the internship experience or a related topic.
