Job summary

Fishbeck is seeking a Land Development Intern for Summer 2027 in Toledo, OH. The role involves researching project sites, feasibility studies, and assisting with site plans and layouts under the Land Development team.

You'll use AutoCAD and Civil 3D to draft designs, participate in site visits, and help maintain project documentation. Enrolled in a Civil Engineering program with strong communication and organizational skills is required; prior internship is a plus.

Working with our Land Development team, you will research project sites, assist with feasibility studies, and work on site plans and layouts.

What You’ll Do

• Use AutoCAD and Civil 3D to draft real project designs.

What We’re Looking For

• Enrolled in a Civil Engineering program.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Civil 3D is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Previous internship or field experience is helpful but not required.
