Job summary

Fishbeck is seeking a Land Development Intern for Summer 2027 in Farmington Hills, MI. The role supports the Land Development team with site research, feasibility studies, and drafting real project designs using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

This internship offers exposure to site plans, design layouts, and site visits as part of a growing regional Michigan team. Enrollment in Civil Engineering and strong communication skills are expected.

• Enrolled in a Civil Engineering program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Previous internship or field experience is helpful but not required.

Working with our Land Development team, you will research project sites, assist with feasibility studies, and work on site plans and layouts.
