Job summary

Fishbeck is seeking a Land Development Intern for Summer 2027 in Farmington Hills, MI. You will assist the Land Development team with site research, feasibility studies, and drafting site plans using AutoCAD/Civil 3D, while gaining hands-on industry experience.

Ideal candidates are Civil Engineering students who are proactive, organized, and eager to learn. Prior internship or field exposure is helpful but not required. This internship offers hybrid opportunities and professional development.

Land Development Intern - Summer 2027

Location: Regional Michigan Offices

Employment Type: Full-Time Internship

Working with our Land Development team, you will research project sites, assist with feasibility studies, and work on site plans and layouts.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate on site plans and design layouts.
• Use AutoCAD and Civil 3D to draft real project designs.
• Join site visits to see how designs come to life.
• Help maintain project documentation and reports.
