Job summary

Fishbeck, Thompson, Carr & Huber is seeking a Land Development Intern for Summer 2027 in Toledo, OH. You will assist the Land Development team with site research, feasibility studies, and drafting site plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Civil Engineering program with strong communication and organizational skills. Prior internship or field experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering program.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Civil 3D is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Research development sites, zoning, and environmental factors.
• Assist with feasibility studies and due diligence reports.
• Collaborate on site plans and design layouts.
• Use AutoCAD and Civil 3D to draft real project designs.
• Join site visits to see how designs come to life.
• Help maintain project documentation and reports.
