A well-established, employee-owned civil engineering and surveying firm is looking to add a skilled Land Development Engineer to its team. In this mid-senior role, you will lead technical design efforts for a collaborative group of civil engineers, planners, and CAD designers. Reporting directly to the Director of Land Development, this role is ideal for candidates with 5+ years of civil engineering experience and a strong background in site design, utility planning, and stormwater management. The position requires hands-on project involvement from early design through permitting and occasional construction site visits. Candidates should be proficient in Civil 3D, Office 360, and have experience navigating zoning, permitting, and site plan approvals. Familiarity with K–12 or institutional design is a plus.
