Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our site development team in Atlanta, Georgia. You will take ownership of designs and collaborate closely with senior engineers, project managers, clients, and other disciplines on a diverse range of developments.

Responsibilities include developing detailed civil/site plans, designing grading and utilities, and preparing design models with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 4+ years of experience in civil/site development design.
• Experience with Civil 3D on land-development projects.
• PE license preferred, or ability to obtain within ~6 months.
• Strong proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

• Assist with engineering calculations, technical documentation, permitting, and regulatory requirements.
• Review designs and drawings to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in civil/site development design.
• Demonstrated experience working with Civil 3D on land-development projects.
• PE license preferred, or the ability to obtain a PE within approximately 6 months.
• Strong proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
