Job summary

Conrad Consulting partners with an employee-owned architecture and engineering firm in Atlanta seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead land development and infrastructure design. You’ll serve as the primary client contact on federal projects, mentor junior staff, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree (ABET) and 8+ years’ experience with Georgia PE or reciprocity, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and strong leadership. Hybrid work and ESOP benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
• 8+ years of civil engineering experience, including land development and site design.
• Georgia PE or reciprocity within 3 months.
• Strong experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Knowledge of stormwater, utilities, permitting, and site development.
• Experience with government regulations and design standards.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.

What You’ll Bring
