NorthPoint Development LLC in Kansas City, MO, is seeking a Land Development Designer / Landscape Architect to join SitePoint. The role is on-site, collaborating with engineers, planners, and surveyors to design site plans and manage permitting processes.

You will develop master plans, grading concepts, and 3D visuals while supporting entitlement documentation and community revitalization efforts.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture, planning, or related field.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D, LandFX and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site in Kansas City, MO.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with engineers, planners, and surveyors in a fast-paced, stimulating and inspiring team environment.
• Obtain valuable experience towards future certification, working with licensed Landscape Architects and Professional Planners, building your expertise designing for NorthPoint’s industrial, data center, multifamily and retail development platforms.
• Conceptualize site plans, master plans, preliminary grading, and detailed landscape design.
• Research and create detailed reports to inform site selection.
• Contribute to 3D visualizations and graphic presentations for a variety of project types.
• Prepare entitlement and permitting submittal documents to effectively communicate your designs with municipalities and contractors and see those designs from inception through construction.
• Be at the center of a team of technically mindful developers, reporting your recommendations for how best to create desirable spaces and revitalize abandoned properties to help communities grow and thrive.
