Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in land development working on site development projects.
• Strong foundation in Land Development civil design.
• EIT certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate site development projects for various types of developments.
• Prepare grading and drainage plans in compliance with standards.
• Design utility systems, including water and stormwater infrastructure.
