Jobot is seeking a Land Development Civil Engineer to support residential, commercial, and municipal infrastructure projects in Orlando. You will design site development plans, perform grading and drainage analyses, and prepare construction documents using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• EIT or PE license preferred.
• Experience in land development design is required.
• Experience with residential and commercial development projects.
• Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, stormwater, and utilities.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• GIS experience preferred; ICPR or SWMM modeling helpful.
• Roadway design experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare engineering design plans, calculations, technical reports, and construction documents.
• Perform grading, drainage, stormwater, water quality, utility, and infrastructure calculations.
• Develop site plans, utility plans, drainage plans, and construction drawings for land development projects.
• Support residential, commercial, and master-planned community developments.
• Coordinate designs with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Participate in project meetings and design reviews
• Assist with project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
• Coordinate permitting efforts with local, state, and federal agencies
• Ensure designs comply with zoning requirements and municipal regulations
• Resolve design challenges and construction conflicts in the field
