Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. in Vancouver, WA is assisting a local engineering firm to hire a Civil Engineer with a PE license to join the Site/Civil team. Lead and manage civil/site design projects from concept through construction. The role includes site grading, drainage, water/sewer systems, and coordination with clients and agencies. Expect mentoring, site visits, and client meetings. PE, 4+ years, Civil 3D and Bluebeam experience required.

Qualifications

• PE license required.
• 4+ years of Civil/Site Design experience.
• Experience with site development, grading, utilities, and stormwater management.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D and Bluebeam.
• Strong understanding of permitting and jurisdictional requirements.
