Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is required.
• Professional Engineering License (PE) is required.
• 4+ years of experience in civil/site design, land development, or related field.
• Familiarity with grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, and erosion/sediment control.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or MicroStation; ArcGIS and Hydraflow Hydrographs, HydroCAD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction documents and permit packages; support construction services.
• Use AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, ArcGIS to create drawings and models for land development.
• Conduct site investigations and assessments to support design decisions.
• Develop sustainable site layouts and stormwater management solutions.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies to secure permits and approvals.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to integrate site design.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and deliverables; participate in client meetings.
