Job summary

ETM Inc. is seeking a CAD Technician to provide routine drafting and design support for a Professional Engineer during planning and design of civil projects, including roads, residential/commercial developments, and schools.

You will transform rough designs into working documents, review notes and redlines, and handle assignments within budget. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential, along with knowledge of AutoCADD.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical training in CADD/drafting preferred.
• 0-3 years of experience in the field or related area.
• Ability to understand project details and goals and read/interpret complex information.

Responsibilities

• Drafts and designs support for Professional Engineer/Project Engineer on civil projects.
• Reviews notes, cover sheets, and redlines and incorporates changes.
• Receives work assignments with allocations and budgets for drafting tasks.
