Job summary

ETM Inc. seeks a CAD Technician to support engineers in planning and design of roads, residential and commercial projects, and schools. You will translate rough designs into working CAD documents, review notes, and prepare cover sheets and redlines under budget guidance.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED with additional CADD/ drafting training; 0–3 years of experience preferred. Strong time management and problem-solving abilities are essential as you contribute to world-class projects.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree or completion of a technical trade school in CADD, drafting or related field preferred.
• 0–3 years of related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine drafting and design support for Professional Engineer/Project Engineer during planning and design of civil engineering projects.
• Transform initial rough designs using CAD into working documents and prepare notes, cover sheets, and redlines.
• Obtain work assignments from PE/Project Engineer with allocated budget.
