Job summary

CPH, a leading Engineering and Architecture firm, is looking for a CAD Technician to join our dynamic and collaborative land development team in Tampa, Florida. You'll create detailed drawings using Civil 3D, and work closely with engineers, architects, and clients to ensure specifications are met.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year of experience with Civil 3D, proficiency in MS Office, and a relevant educational background, such as an Associate’s Degree or a Computer-Aided Design Certificate. We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience using Civil 3D.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with Commercial, Retail, Restaurant, and Industrial projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed drawings based on specifications using Civil 3D.
• Collaborate with project team, including engineers and architects.
• Prepare layouts, sketches, and drawings for projects.
• Review and modify existing drawings as requested.
• Interpret codes and client requirements.

Skills

Civil 3D proficiency
