Addison Group's client, a well-established energy company focused on oil and gas exploration, is seeking a detail-oriented Land Technician to support land administration and data management.

This on-site role in Wichita, KS offers a base salary of $60,000–$70,000 with ~10% bonus potential, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). You will work with the land team to improve processes and data visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong Excel skills with large data sets.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
• Highly organized with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and organize land documentation, including title information, ownership records, leases, and related legal documents.
• Maintain accurate land data within internal systems and databases.
• Assist with implementation and optimization of land management software.
• Support data cleanup, organization, and migration efforts.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze, track, and manage land-related information.
• Partner with land, legal, accounting, and operational teams to improve workflows.
• Assist with mapping and land record updates as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, efficiency, and system processes.
