Job summary

SVN | Northern Commercial is seeking ambitious land brokers to join our Indianapolis team. You will work with businesses, investors, property owners, and tenants to build your own land brokerage business with the support of a national platform and local team.

You’ll develop relationships, analyze market data, negotiate transactions, and manage a robust pipeline while benefiting from training, mentorship, and access to industry tools.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana commercial real estate license, or the motivation to obtain one.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build your own business.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in the leasing, buying, and selling of land properties.
• Develop relationships with property owners, tenants, investors, and industry professionals.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, research, and proactive outreach.
• Analyze market data and properties to identify opportunities Prepare property proposals, market analyses, and client presentations.
• Guide clients through negotiations and the transaction process from start to close.
• Collaborate with experienced brokers in a team-oriented environment.
• Stay informed on market trends and developments to provide informed client guidance.
• Build and manage your own pipeline and develop a long-term commercial real estate business.
