NVR, Inc. is seeking a Land Acquisition Manager in New Jersey to identify, assess, and secure prime land purchase locations for our homebuilding communities.
You will negotiate acquisitions, perform sophisticated land use and financial analyses, and participate in due diligence, including zoning and title analysis. The role requires 2–4 years of land acquisition experience, a bachelor's degree, and real estate finance expertise.
As a Land Acquisition Manager, you will work with our industry-leading home building team to identify, assess, and secure prime land purchase locations for our communities. Our Land Acquisition Managerswork autonomously to negotiate land acquisitions, perform sophisticated land use and financial analysis, and negotiate purchase agreements. Theyalso participate in due diligence, includingconcept land planning, environmental, utility system, and title analysis.Those who are deal-oriented and understand the dynamics and challenges of the local land market in the current real estate climate will be challenged and feel rewarded in this role. Your ability to demonstrate an understanding of strategies to take advantage of current trends and adjust acquisition efforts accordingly will make you successful!

This position pays $XX,000 - $XX,000 per year and may also be eligible for a bonus based on achievement of performance criteria. Individual pay is determined by factors including the candidate’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, and location.
