Williams is seeking a Senior Land Analyst to manage land records, ensure data integrity, and lead project coordination across multidisciplinary teams nationwide. You will develop training and support data governance to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities include leading due diligence for acquisitions or dispositions, preparing legal descriptions and drawings, and handling permit applications while analyzing rights and obligations related to pipeline and facility assets.

• High school diploma or GED with at least six years in land records management or title specialist work.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with safety as a priority.

As a Land Analyst Sr., you will be accountable for overall records management, data integrity and project management and is considered a specialist in the land analyst field. You will provide excellent customer service as you collaborate with company partners to resolve sophisticated problems and apply your strong organizational skills to complete daily tasks.
