We are currently seeking a talented and licensed architect to join our collaborative team and contribute to the design excellence that defines our client's practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural projects from conceptual design through construction administration.

• Develop and review design documentation, including construction drawings, specifications, and presentation materials.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.

• Apply comprehensive knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, ADA compliance, and permitting processes specific to Southern California.

• Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff and interns.

• Support sustainable design practices and LEED/green building initiatives where applicable.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Architect in the State of California (required).

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

• 5+ years of post-licensure experience in an architectural firm.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence across various project types.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry-standard tools.

• Familiarity with Title 24 energy compliance, CalGreen, and local Southern California codes.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Experience with construction administration and consultant coordination.
