Position Overview:

The Land Acquisition Manager is primarily responsible for prospecting, taking appointments scheduled by Intake Managers, and closing land deals by working with sellers interested in receiving cash for their vacant land. This role demands utmost dedication to fully capitalize on opportunities while consistently prospecting and following up with landowners who have expressed interest in selling their property, ultimately converting them into customers by securing a sale agreement.

In sales, it is often said that 5 to 14 follow-up touches are required to close a deal, with each touch providing a value add — and that's precisely what this job demands. The ideal candidate will follow our proprietary sales process and demonstrate a willingness to develop skills based on that process, alongside Grant Cardone’s sales teachings, to drive success.

A “whatever it takes” attitude is an absolute necessity for this role. We seek individuals who are motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to build a professional, personal, and financial career for themselves. This role is not for the average action taker!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and Close Deals: Lead negotiations with landowners, brokers, and other stakeholders to secure land acquisitions at favorable pricing and terms.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners as we nurture relationships for future business opportunities.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the Acquisitions Team.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on acquisition activities and performance against targets to senior management.

What We Expect From You:

  • Experience in Prospecting Real Estate Land or Houses Clients: Proven ability to identify and connect with potential clients interested in selling land or houses.
  • Strong Prospecting and Follow-up Skills: Demonstrated experience in cold calling and following up on qualified leads to convert prospects into clients.
  • Willingness to Learn New Sales & Closing Techniques: Open to adopting new processes and tactics to optimize the sale and closing process.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Capable of meeting daily/monthly/quarterly KPI targets based on the number of outbound calls made, follow-ups resulting in contracts signed with sellers, and the total dollar amount of properties under contract.
  • Ability to receive constructive feedback: Open to feedback, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Office Attendance: Commitment to working 5 days, Monday to Friday, and on Saturday to maximize productivity and deal closing rate.
  • Excitement to Attend Daily Role Play and Coaching Calls: Participate actively in training assignments and coaching sessions. This is ONLY for serious select candidates only.
