Position Overview:
The Land Acquisition Manager is primarily responsible for prospecting, taking appointments scheduled by Intake Managers, and closing land deals by working with sellers interested in receiving cash for their vacant land. This role demands utmost dedication to fully capitalize on opportunities while consistently prospecting and following up with landowners who have expressed interest in selling their property, ultimately converting them into customers by securing a sale agreement.
In sales, it is often said that 5 to 14 follow-up touches are required to close a deal, with each touch providing a value add — and that's precisely what this job demands. The ideal candidate will follow our proprietary sales process and demonstrate a willingness to develop skills based on that process, alongside Grant Cardone’s sales teachings, to drive success.
