As a Land Acquisition Manager, you will work with our industry-leading home building team to identify, assess, and secure prime land purchase locations for our communities. Our Land Acquisition Managers work autonomously to negotiate land acquisitions, perform sophisticated land use and financial analysis, and negotiate purchase agreements. They also participate in due diligence, including concept land planning, environmental, utility system, and title analysis. Those who are deal-oriented and understand the dynamics and challenges of the local land market in the current real estate climate will find this role both challenging and rewarding. Your ability to demonstrate an understanding of strategies to take advantage of current trends and adjust acquisition efforts accordingly will make you successful!
