Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking a Land Acquisition Manager to drive the supply of developable land. You will identify opportunities, negotiate terms, and present compelling land deals to senior leaders, shaping the growth of our communities.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in land acquisition, strong financial and market analysis skills, and proficient Microsoft Office usage to prepare decisions and reports for executives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' related experience in Land Acquisition.
• Strong negotiation and financial/market analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify land acquisition opportunities through brokers, builders, bankers, landowners, engineers, planners, attorneys, municipal officials, and in-house contacts.
• Present land deals to senior leadership and drive growth of the land pipeline.
• Support company growth by analyzing land opportunities and market data.

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to prepare, interpret and present various financial analyses, as well as statistical market analysesrequired.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsandexcellentcommunication skills are necessary. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.
