You will engage brokers, builders, and officials to secure ample land supply, while demonstrating strong negotiation and communication skills. The role emphasizes collaboration with senior leadership to drive growth and requires a valid driver’s license and a track record in land acquisition.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' related experience in Land Acquisition.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to prepare, interpret and present various financial analyses, as well as statistical market analyses.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Identify land acquisition opportunities through contacts with brokers, builders, bankers, landowners, engineers, planners, attorneys, municipal officials, and in-house contacts.
• Present land deals to senior leaders you believe in and support growth.
• Help ensure an adequate supply of land to drive the company's growth and strategy.
