Job summary

Lennar in the United States is seeking a Land Acquisition Manager to support land development efforts across Northern New Jersey and Southern New York. You will identify opportunities, guide due diligence, and coordinate with the VP of Land and Development to align with the company's growth plans.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or better, real estate knowledge, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision on a fast-paced construction

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, scheduling, and data management.
• Knowledge of real estate and sales/negotiation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify land targets via tax maps, brokers, and landowners.
• Facilitate due diligence and Greenbook process with VP of Land.
• Participate in weekly land acquisition meetings and update leadership.
• Assist in rezoning meetings with officials, engineers, and homeowners.
• Maintain reports, contract files, and market analyses.
• Negotiate terms of purchase agreements with outside counsel.
