Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2-4 years prior relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and market research capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify land suitable for acquisition and development via market research.
• Develop a network of developers, builders, brokers and landowners.
• Track local growth corridors and land use regulations.
• Determine land values through market research and financial analysis.
• Negotiate price and terms with sellers; coordinate purchase agreements.
• Coordinate land entitlement and planning with Development team.
• Coordinate due diligence for land under contract.
• Prepare acquisition feasibility packages with financial analyses and site maps.
• Review purchase agreements to ensure contract compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
