Job summary

DSLD Homes in Nashville, TN is seeking a Land Development Coordinator to assist with due diligence, HOA coordination, and community planning. You will support the Land Acquisition Director and engage with legal, management, and multi-department teams to keep projects on track.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks within tight timelines. Residency in TN or neighboring states is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Knowledge of residential plans and land development drawings.
• Ability to learn MLS and Zonda quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication and listening skills.
• Attention to detail and high organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist Land Acquisition Director with due diligence procurement and vendor paperwork.
• Coordinate HOA matters and draft governing documents with legal and management firms.
• Assist land teams in community planning, site analysis, and amenity planning.
• Represent Land Team in transitioning communities to vertical construction.
• Support vendor setup, invoicing, and draw submittal approvals.
• Track deadlines and milestones across multiple projects.
• Monitor lot takedown requirements with local teams.
• Facilitate third-party contracts and maintain records.
• Foster cross-department communication and information flow.
• Maintain tracking spreadsheets and ensure project progress.
