Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Urban Planning, Engineering, or equivalent years of experience.
• Five to seven years of progressive experience in land acquisition, development, real estate, or homebuilding.
• Ability to independently manage complex transactions and make sound business recommendations.
• Strong initiative, persistence, and ability to balance risk, profitability, and strategy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quick learning of new software/systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue land acquisition opportunities aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead negotiations with landowners, brokers, developers, attorneys and stakeholders on purchase terms.
• Evaluate opportunities through financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessments.
• Structure transactions to maximize profitability while minimizing risk.
• Coordinate due diligence and entitlement, environmental, engineering, and legal reviews.
