Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking a Land Acquisition Analyst in Scottsdale, AZ to help ensure an adequate land supply by analyzing the local market, competition, and political environment for critical land deals.

You will support leaders by preparing documents for deal presentations and using your analytical skills to translate market data into actionable insights. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
